Off‑Season Rental Pricing
“All rentals are for a 3½‑day rental, unless stated otherwise or otherwise approved by Fair Management.

Additional Services/Fees:
- $100/4 hours for Maintenance Employee
- $30 per hour for St. Joseph County Security (Reserve Officer), min. of 6 hours
- $100 each for Ticket Booth
- $200 each for Porta-John rentals
- $200 for Red Trailer “office” rental
- $10/Dump Station usage
- $250 Bathroom Rental Fee
- $100 per day for food vendors
- Tables $10 each additional at time of event
- Chairs $2 each additional at time of event
