I hereby authorize the St. Joseph County Grange Fair Association to use, reuse, and grant others the right to use and reuse names, photographs, likenesses (including caricature), and biographical information, and any reproduction or simulation thereof, in any form of media or technology now known or hereafter developed for any purposes related to the St. Joseph County Grange Fair’s business, such as marketing, advertising, credits, presentations, and promotional materials. This authorization includes the right to sublicense such uses to third parties. The St. Joseph County Grange Fair Association shall not be responsible for any errors, omissions, or misspellings in any information or pictures provided by the submitting parties. By submitting photographs to the St. Joseph County Grange Fair Association, the submitting parties acknowledge and agree that the St. Joseph County Grange Fair Association reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to reject any submission for reasons including but not limited to: Spacing constraints (e.g., insufficient white space, overlapping elements, or layout restrictions) Picture quality (e.g., low resolution, blur, poor lighting, or technical defects) Picture subject matter (e.g., prohibited content, copyright infringement, or topics outside our scope) The St. Joseph County Grange Fair Association may reject submissions without notice and are not obligated to explain the specific reason for rejection. All submitted images remain the property of the submitter unless otherwise agreed in writing.
